Healthy diet and exercise for a healthy life
  1. Regular exercise is very important to manage diabetes, Hypertension ,cholesterol level and pulse rate.
  2. Avoid sugar, sugary products, jaggery ,honey, ice- creams, candies etc.
  3. Reduce salt intake ( avoid table salt )
  4. Eat a balanced diet with complex carbohydrates.
  5. Add high quality protein such as eggs ,beans low-fat dairy and unsweetened yogurt.
  6. Go for high fiber cereals and bread made from whole grains.
  7. Never skip meals ,stay hydrated and chew your food properly.
  8. Add colourful fruits and vegetables.
  9. Avoid butter, ghee, margarine, fatty liver, muffins, ice-cream, French-fries,. full fat cheese, hamburger and fried chicken to reduce the cholesterol level in the body.
  10. Include beans, legumes, avocados, nuts, barley, oats, soybean, ginger, garlic fenugreek seeds coriander,cinnamon, green tea, lemon to manage cholesterol level in the body.
  11. Low -fat and low-salt is important  to manage pulse rate.
  12. Quit smoking and limit your alcohol intake.
  13. Regular check-up of sugar level , blood pressure  is really important.
